Before You Come In
Please phone us at (905) 529-1004 or (289) 779-6907 before you come in, so we can expect your arrival, as well as answer any immediate questions you have about transporting your pet.
Free parking is available outside our building. If you require help transporting your animal from your car into our hospital, our staff will assist you. For the safety of our staff, doors are locked at all times. Please call the clinic upon your arrival and our team will advise you on next steps.
What to Expect
The Hamilton Region Emergency Veterinary Clinic uses a triage system. We only see sick animals, and critical patients are seen first by the veterinarian on duty. Wait times vary. We appreciate your patience.
Consultation and Emergency Fee
The consultation with the veterinarian includes a thorough physical exam of your pet. Clinical history and a physical exam are used to create a treatment plan. We will then provide you with an estimate for associated costs related to the care of your pet.
We understand these costs may be unexpected, but our staff is willing to work with you to provide care within your budget.
Payment is due when services are provided. We accept VISA / MC / AMEX / DEBIT and CASH.
